Newcastle CLC is a technically rich environment, where we have a variety of rooms and additional facilities available for booking depending on your needs and requirements. For Newcastle Schools there are no charges during our normal opening hours. For Local Authority and Business bookings please refer to our Room Rates for prices.

 

Booking the CLC

What to do

 

To book our facilities you can complete and return our booking form, where the following information will be required;

  • The organisation the booking is for
  • A contact name and phone number
  • Number of people
  • Required software / hardware
  • Start / finishing times
  • Information on any other requirements. e.g.) Refreshments / Food, Disabled Access

It is advisable to speak to a member of our staff for more information and to check availability first.

Cancellation Policy

 

If a cancellation is made before 7 days of the pre-booked event there will be no charge, for cancellations up to 24 hours a charge of 50% of the total cost will be made.  Cancellations made on the day will incur a 100% charge
