Membership at Newcastle City Learning Centre is open to anyone in the local community who is over the age of 16. To become a member you first need to fill in a registration form and make sure you have read through and fully understand our acceptable use policy.

Once registered your photograph will be taken and you will then be issued with a unque user login and a membership identity card. It is important that all members remember to bring their identity cards with them when wanting to use our facilities.
